Trebor Developments LLP was formed in 2008 by Bob Tattrie, formerly Managing Director of Alfred McAlpine Developments. The LLP is made up of three partners, Bob Tattrie, Mark Wright and Hortons’ Estate Ltd, who provide financial and administrative support to the business.

We work with and employ many professional consultants and have established expert teams whom have specific skills in design, procurement, sustainability, funding and implementation. We assemble bespoke teams for each development based on approach, track record, people skills, location and resources.

Trebor Developments work with a wide range of private and public sector clients. Our objective is to deliver quality, sustainable, value for money developments which meet end users’ specific needs and to improve the environment within which our schemes are undertaken.
