Kingston-upon-Thomas Town Centre

On behalf of the landowner, Keyway Estates, working to resolve a complicated planning history for a key riverside site in Kingston-upon-Thames town centre involving masterplanning, co-ordination and agreements with adjacent landownerers and delivering a planning permission to increase the permitted volume of development on site by 67%.

Planning permission was secured for a mixed use scheme comprising ground floor bars and restaurants, student services facility and a  student accommodation scheme of 214 bedrooms in a building of six storeys, stepping up to either storeys, to maximise the schemes’s aspects to the River Thames.
