Newark South Proposals

Whilst at Catesby Property Group, Mark Wright was responsibile for the promotion of the Group’s significant land holding to the south of Newark.

The Group owns some 750 acres and masterplan proposals have been devised for a development of up to 6,000 houses, 250 acres of commercial development land, a new country park and a new strategic link road joining the A46 and A1.

Mark was responsible for further land agreements, the sale of elements of the estate not required for the proposed development and promoting the site leading to Newark & Sherwood DC seeking additional housing numbers to be allocated to the district through the Regional Spatial Strategy.
