10 Acre Commercial Development on behalf of Lex Autolease, Coventry

A bespoke £12m pre-let project for Lex Autolease to provide vehicle preparation, fleet control and sales facilities. The scheme was forward funded in the institutional market and successfully delivered in summer 2014.

Kingston-upon-Thomas Town Centre

On behalf of the landowner, Keyway Estates, working to resolve a complicated planning history for a key riverside site in Kingston-upon-Thames town centre involving masterplanning, co-ordination and agreements with adjacent landownerers and delivering a planning permission to increase the permitted volume of development on site by 67%.
