Planning permission for a mixed residential, retirement and office development was secured in summer 2013 and Trebor has delivered the first phase of development with new offices, which then unlocks the balance of the site for development for development by Bellway Homes and McCarthy & Stone.

Working with locally based developer, Homespace Limited, on its options and strategy for a ‘super prime’ 1 acre site, which had been the refused planning permission prior to our involvement. The site has great appeal for residential, retirement, care and educational uses and Trebor advised as to the market opportunities and the planning issues involved and which guided Homespace in its plans to sell the site.
