Our involvement covers the promotion of our development sites for pre-let or speculative developments, using our agent teams to provide a key focus to the promotion of those sites to occupiers.
We network with agents on a regular basis to review potential sites, always recognising introduction fees for direct site introductions.
We liaise closely with agent teams who are acting for occupiers to try and tailor a proposal on a freehold or leasehold basis, which will meet our client’s needs in terms of location, size and specification, often bringing forward bespoke building solutions for businesses.
We liaise with our agent contacts to keep at the forefront of the property market and ensure the developments we bring forward are targeted at locations across the UK where growth is forecast and lack of supply clear and identified.
