Trebor Developments were selected in 2021 as part of the Community Development Partnerships, a consortium created to work exclusively on the national Pagabo framework. This framework will run for five and a half years and allows Trebor to offer its clients (public sector or otherwise) property development via Joint Venture, Property Development and Development Management services.

This provides a cost effective and fast alternative for public sector clients to the OJEU process and allows Trebor to work closely with our public sector clients across the UK.
