Cambourne – South Cambridgeshire DC Headquarters

Working in conjunction with Development Securities and Wrenbridge in the delivery of a new bespoke BREEAM Excellent 60,000 sq ft headquarters office and Council Chambers scheme at Cambourne Business Park.

Our role focused initially upon proposing specification options and considering capital cost/cost in use scenarios with the Council’s team.   Once the detailed brief was set, work was focused upon achieving a smooth relocation, which was achieved thorugh the appointment of a specialist Relocation Manager and high priorities aforded to IT and Council records.
