Award winning Trebor Developments have been recognised again for our quality developments.  The 95,000 sq ft Advanced Manufacturing Hub development in Central Birmingham has been shortlisted in the Best Commercial building category in the Built in Quality Awards 2018.  The winner will be announced at the ceremony being held at The ICC Birmingham, on the 13th April 2018.

The building was developed speculatively by Trebor Developments with funding partner Aviva Investor Pensions Limited and let a few months after Practical Completion to Salts Healthcare Limited for a manufacturing facility.
