Trebor and partner, Hillwood, launched a trio of new development opportunities in Yorkshire to an audience of over 30 industrial agents, announcing the delivery of circa 600,000 sq ft of industrial, quality, accommodation across Yorkshire, located in Doncaster and Rotherham.  The 3 schemes that are currently in delivery include: “Atomic” (at 31East, Rotherham) 78,000 sq ft single building; “Gateway 4” (at Doncaster) 409,000 sq ft single, speculative, distribution facility and “Avion at Aero Centre Yorkshire” (at Doncaster/Sheffield Airport), delivering a two-unit industrial scheme of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft.
