Work on the new multi-million pound Gateway Retail Park in Cannock has been completed, with all the tenants set to open by September 2015.

Partners Hortons’ Estate and Trebor Developments have completed the prestigious development, located on the Island site, Cannock adjacent to the M6 Toll Road, to bring forward one of the largest out-of-town retail schemes in the Midlands in the last few years.

Gateway Retail Park, which comprises 36,542 sq ft of retail and fast food units, is fully let to a number of high profile occupiers including TK Maxx, Sofaworks, Burger King and Costa Coffee.  Following a tenants fit out period of two months all units will be open and trading by September.

The development is owned by Birmingham-based property company Hortons’ Estate and will be retained as a key investment within its property portfolio.

Trebor Developments was development partner with Hortons’.  The construction was undertaken by Clugston Construction.
