Major Groundworks at Oldbury Development
Trebor’s development for Steel & Alloy Processing Limited is progressing very well on site with major groundworks now established for machine pits and a 60 metre long tunnel that will be used for the processing of scrap metal material from Steel & Alloy’s machines.
Excavations have reached up to 14 metres below ground and whilst steel work is being erected in adjacent areas – a complex construction operation involving close co-ordination with the contractor’s team.
The project is also creating a huge underground attenuation tank for the storage of storm water – a facility that will be able to store up to 2 million litres of rainwater.
