Trebor Developments is pleased to announce the granting of planning approval for a major new development scheme in Lichfield, being undertaken with partners Hortons’ Estate.

A mixed retail and residential development scheme for a former 10.1 acre industrial site achieved the backing of Lichfield District Council’s planning committee, following an extensive process involving significant pre-application discussions and community consultation.

Work will now progress on concluding site preparation works to enable commencement of the development in Autumn 2017.
