Trebor Innovate at Burnley Business Awards
Trebor Developments, the developers involved in the delivery of Vision Park Burnley development, presented at the Burnley Business Awards the award for Innovation, to Paragus Limited, trading as CheckedSafe, on June 29th, 2017.
Trebor are working in partnership with Burnley Borough Council to develop the 5 acre Vision Park site, where Phase One consists of industrial and starter units, which will be complete in early September and has already attracted strong interest from the local market, with units already in solicitors’ hands. Units ranging in size from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft have been made available in the Phase One development.
Trebor are also promoting, in conjunction with the Council, development on Phases Two and Three at Vision Park, which consist of offices and hybrid industrial/office accommodation.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor commented, “We are delighted to, again, sponsor the Burnley Business Awards for Innovation and we see a number of enquiries we are receiving for the Vision Park Burnley development coming from companies who are certainly innovative and looking for quality/new build accommodation within the Burnley area in order to expand their businesses. Firms are wanting to move into quality, new, flexible accommodation, which is not available in the Burnley and wider area, other than at Vision Park”.
Left to right, next to Bob is Darren Harris, then Gary Hawthorne, and Jason Lee. Trebor are represented by joint agents; Trevor Dawson, and Manchester based GVA.
