Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, have appointed J F Finnegan as the main contractor to construct two speculative industrial units on a prominent plot adjacent to DSA (Doncaster Sheffield Airport).

The two units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft are now under construction and will provide quality accommodation for warehouse or manufacturing uses, next to one of the UK’s fastest growing airports.

The units are available on a leasehold or freehold basis and ready for occupation from Q2, 2020. The scheme benefits from easy access to the M18 at Junction3. The M1, M180, A1(M) and M62 are also easily accessible.
