Portside Park, Bristol, Practical Completion of speculative industrial development
The practical completion of Portside Park, prominently located on Kings Western Lane, Avonmouth, has been achieved. The multi-million pound speculative industrial development comprising c155,000 sq ft over 6 high quality units has been developed by Trebor Developments and funding Partner Barwood Capital.
As one of the largest speculative industrial developments expected to complete in Bristol this year, the scheme offers a wide range of options for production and distribution users with units ranging from c15,000 sq ft to c88,000 sq ft.
James Drew, Development Director at Trebor Developments, commented “Another high quality, industrial scheme delivered. The prominence and location are great, being a short distance from Junction 18/18A of the M5, Bristol and the Avonmouth Docks. We have seen strong enquires already and are in discussions with interested parties.”
Adam Smith of Barwood Capital said: “Having secured the site off-market, it is great to have reached practical completion with units now ready for immediate occupation. Portside Park provides Grade A space across a flexible range of unit sizes to a supply-constrained market.”
Bob Tattrie, Trebor’s Managing Partner added: “This latest completion forms part of Trebor’s industrial development pipeline comprising c5 million square feet across the UK, in a range of strategic locations.”
