Trebor Developments and Hillwood have agreed terms with MARS Petcare UK to acquire a site extending to 29.86 acres, located in a prominent industrial location in Peterborough.

Contracts have been exchanged, subject to obtaining necessary planning approvals, to acquire the site on a freehold basis, where Trebor and Hillwood propose to bring forward industrial developments of circa 231,000 and 307,500 sq ft, or a single unit of up to 625,000 sq ft.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, commented, “This is a fantastic site in a popular and well-established Peterborough manufacturing and logistics area.  It represents another major site acquisition which Trebor and Hillwood have concluded during the Covid lockdown period.  A planning application will shortly be submitted, with work on site envisaged to commence in early 2021 to deliver high quality big-box industrial accommodation in the popular Peterborough market.  The development will be marketed as “Delta Park, Peterborough””.

Trebor and Hillwood were advised by Avison Young.  MARS Petcare UK were advised by Gerald Eve.  It is anticipated units will be available to occupy from the start of 2022.
