Trebor Developments have exchanged contracts with the global sports and outdoor company Thule Group, for a pre let at Unit 2 The Ridge Haverhill.  The unit comprises 22,120 sq ft and is under construction on a speculative basis, due for practical completion in June 2022 alongside a final speculative unit of 47,468 sq ft as well as the 100,060 sq ft build to suit unit for TAIT Technologies.
