Trebor selects Crest Nicholson for Kinver land sale
Much anticipated plans for a prime site for new homes in South Staffordshire are coming forward following a significant land deal.
Trebor Developments is delighted to announce the sale of its land interests at Kinver, South Staffordshire to Crest Nicholson. The land, extending to 22 acres, has outline planning permission for up to 40 new homes and a housing allocation for upwards of 82 dwellings.
The deal marks a significant investment into the region for the award-winning housebuilder, and will deliver much needed new homes for local residents.
