Church Hill, Redditch

A mixed scheme of 51 residential units of mixed tenure, a major new health centre incorporating dental practice and pharmacy, and local retail units. Working in conjunction with LSP, Bellway Homes and Redditch Borough Council in a development partnership to regenerate an existing District Centre, the commercial scheme was successfully opened in December 2014 leading the way to residential development of the balance of the site.
