Working with Hortons’ Estate we brought forward the redevelopment of The Grand, a Grade II Listed Building at a prime Colmore Row location. Façade restoration works and major building reconfiguration followed by 4 Star hotel fit out. The new Grand Hotel opened in November 2020.
