A major new advanced manufacturing and R&D centre extending to 210,000 sq ft being developed on behalf of KLA for relocation and expansion of its current facility. Located within the semi-conductor cluster in Newport, South Wales, the project will include full technical fit out of specialist advanced manufacturing accommodation. The building will contain first class staff welfare facilities including gym, café, relaxation spaces and restaurant.
