Cambourne

A major new settlement development to the west of Cambridge, Mark Wright’s involvement in the scheme commenced in the mid 1990s, with detailed masterplanning work and infrastructure development. Work progressed to include a series of residential land disposals and development agreements for a business park, foodstore, town centre facilities and hotel, together with further strategic planning for additional residential development.
