The site is located at Pencoed Technology Park, adjacent to Junction 35 of the M4 Motorway at Bridgend. The site occupies a strategic location in the heart of South Wales, mid-way between Cardiff and Swansea. A speculative single industrial unit of 46,180 sq ft was swiftly pre-let to a national retailer at commencement of construction and completed on programme in May 2023.
