Working in conjunction with Development Securities we delivered a bespoke BREEAM Excellent 60,000 sq ft office headquarters and Council Chambers scheme at Cambourne Business Park, Cambridgeshire.

Our role focused initially upon proposing specification options and considering capital cost/cost in use scenarios with the Council’s team. Once the detailed brief was set, work was focused upon achieving a smooth relocation, which was achieved through the appointment of a specialist Relocation Manager and high priorities afforded to IT and Council records.
