Working with our partners, Hortons’ Estate, to bring forward the redevelopment of The Grand, a Grade II Listed Building at a prime Colmore Row location. Façade restoration works and major building reconfiguration followed by 4 Star hotel fit out. The new Grand Hotel opened in November 2020.

Trebor Developments News: Another good month of progress at Delta Park, Peterborough. As we enter into the final stages of the build the fully automated clad rack system is nearing completion, the office fit out is well advanced, 360 degree circulation areas are in effect.

Trebor Development News: Trebor have been appointed by M&G Real Estate to act as Development Manager to develop a prime industrial site located at The Ark, Trafford Park, Manchester. A Planning Application for a detached industrial/logistics unit 42,750 sq ft has been submitted.
