Trebor Developments are delighted to have been nominated for two award categories in Estates Gazette national Awards.

We have been nominated for the Industrial and Logistics Specialist Award, recognising our industrial development activities across the UK.

In the category of Regional Deal Award, our 633,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on behalf of Crown Packaging Manufacturing UK Limited has been shortlisted, representing £150M investment which Trebor completed at the end of last year.  This is the only industrial/manufacturing project to have been shortlisted in this category, representing the significance of this major manufacturing facility and its positive impact in Peterborough.
