Trebor and Hillwood have reached practical completion on their latest scheme, Access @ Eastern Gateway Ipswich. Units ranging from 12,897 to 52,491 sq ft are now available for occupation to prospective local occupiers. The scheme is part of the wider Eastern Gateway commercial park, which is now established as Ipswich’s premier industrial and logistics location.

Magrock Ltd were appointed as Main Contractor in summer 2023 and have completed the scheme on programme. The units provided are best-in-class accommodation for Ipswich and surrounds, built to an enhanced sustainable specification including BREEAM “Excellent” certification. Other occupiers already on site include Amazon and La Doria.
