Trebor have submitted a detailed planning application for Access @ Eastern Gateway, Ipswich.  The scheme will comprise five units ranging from 13,000 sq ft to 54,000 sq ft and all units will be developed speculatively, targeting Practical Completion in Q2 2023 (subject to planning).  The units will offer an enhanced, sustainability led specification and will offer high quality industrial and logistics units to local occupiers.  For more information contact Greg Dalton.
