Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, have appointed J F Finnegan as the main contractor to construct two speculative industrial units on a prominent plot adjacent to DSA (Doncaster Sheffield Airport).

In April 2019, Trebor Developments and Hillwood agreed terms with Peel L&P to acquire the land.

The units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft will be built together and available for occupation in mid-2020.

These high-quality units are suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses and benefit from large yards, good power supply and Category A first floor offices.
