Hillwood have submitted a Detailed planning application for a 350,000 sq ft single unit scheme at Flagship North, Peterborough, marking the next important milestone in their partnership with the Church Commissioners for England in delivering the Flagship Park scheme. The unit will provide a best-in-class asset for Peterborough and the surrounding area, and will be built to the highest specification including BREEAM “Excellent” certification.

The Flagship Park site benefits from Outline planning permission for 1.36m sq ft of industrial and logistics development, and will be Peterborough’s next major employment scheme. Units are expected to be delivered in both speculative phases and pre let/sales to tenants
