Haverhill Business Park site acquired for speculative development
Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its partner, Hillwood, have agreed the purchase from Hammond Rutts of 14 acres of high quality industrial development land at the established Haverhill Business Park, Suffolk, to bring forward a range of 5 industrial buildings from 12,195 sq ft to 64,734 sq ft, which will be delivered during 2019.
Units will be available to lease on competitive terms with occupation anticipated from Quarter 1, 2020. The development will be promoted as “The Ridge, Haverhill Business Park” and a planning application is shortly to be submitted. The site benefits from Outline planning consent.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of the parties commented, “We are excited to be bringing forward this high quality development and delivering a range of industrial units, which will suit local and regional businesses. Units will be available from early in 2020 on competitive leasehold terms, providing a significant discount to comparable accommodation in Cambridgeshire. There is very little new build product of this type being brought forward within a 40 mile radius.”
Trebor / Hillwood are represented by M1 (London) and local agent Bidwells. Proposals are now available for occupiers.
