TAIT agree pre-let for new accommodation at “The Ridge” Haverhill with Trebor Developments and Hillwood

Worldwide specialist in entertainment automation, stage and set manufacturing, TAIT, have agreed terms with Trebor Developments and Hillwood for a pre-let of a 100,066 sq ft new manufacturing, logistics and HQ office unit to be located at “The Ridge” in Haverhill, Suffolk. The deal is one of the most significant transactions in the East of England in recent years.

Planning for TAIT’s bespoke unit has been secured alongside detailed consent for a 22,120 sq ft and 47,468 sq ft that will be constructed speculatively at the same time as TAIT and will form Phase Two of the site’s development.
