
Planning granted for Northampton 330
We are delighted yesterday to have secured Detailed planning for our 328,776 sq ft single unit development at Crow Lane, Northampton, located close to Junction 15 of the M1.
The building will benefit from 2 MVA of power and be built to BREEAM Excellent and EPC A standards. Site preparation works are taking place in order to allow construction to commence in January 2026 on a speculative basis, giving occupiers the ability to occupy before the end of 2026.
