We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Insider Yorkshire Property Industry Awards under the categories of Property Deal of the Year and Commercial Development of the Year for our pre-let to @Siemens Mobility at Point 36, Goole.  The unit comprised 94,841 sq ft and achieved Practical Completion in June.  Siemens Mobility are now in full occupation undertaking extensive fit out.
