Trebor Developments have achieved practical completion at Lightning Park Huntingdon. The scheme comprises two units, one of which totalling 126,689 sq ft was pre let to DHL International (UK) Ltd prior to start on site. The unit was completed 6 weeks ahead of programme. A smaller 32,638 sq ft unit, named “Lightning 32”, was developed speculatively and is now fully available and ready for occupation.

Lightning Park is built to an enhanced specification with various sustainable initiatives, including its own lake for staff wellbeing, and has achieved EPC “A”.
