Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have agreed terms with DLH Parcel UK Limited for the letting of the whole building at “Atomic”, 31 East, Unit 1, Kingfisher Way, Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 3AF, which extends to 78,458 sq ft and will be occupied by DHL for their new parcel distribution facility to serve the locality.

The site was acquired by Trebor/Hillwood in 2019 and developed on a speculative basis, achieving building completion in February 2020.

The conclusion of the transaction represents another major transaction by Trebor Developments during the Covid-19 Lockdown Period and supports DHL Parcels continuing UK expansion plans.
