Trebor and Hillwood secure planning for massive Bristol industrial speculative scheme
Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have secured Detailed planning consent for a major industrial speculative scheme at Western Approach, Bristol.
The site was acquired in 2018 and planning has now been granted for buildings of 33,566 sq ft, 76,627 sq ft and 134,269 sq ft, which will be developed out as a single phase. Work on site in January 2020 will commence with main contractor A&H Construction selected.
The scheme benefits from large yards and high quality units to Trebor’s standard specification, to meet B1/B2/B8 uses and will all be offered on competitive terms, with occupations from Q3 2020.
James Drew, Development Director at Trebor, on behalf of the partners commented: “We are delighted to be commencing another major industrial scheme in Bristol. We have worked closely with the planning authority to deliver an excellent layout which will be highly attractive to a range of occupiers and are now very much open for business to secure tenants. Very good interest has been demonstrated already”.
The scheme is being marketed as “Central Approach”. Trebor Developments and Hillwood are represented by CBRE and Colliers International. Further information is available at www.centralapproach.co.uk
