Trebor completes final letting at Avion, Sheffield/Doncaster Airport
Trebor Developments have completed the final letting of Unit 2 at its Avion development, located at Aero Centre, Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
The long-term letting is to Lontra, a specialist pumps manufacturing business who have support from Sheffield City Region. The unit of 59,271 sq ft has been under offer to Lontra for many months and completed last week, with Lontra taking immediate occupation for Fit Out.
Trebor were represented by Knight Frank and CPP, who both supported the letting of each unit, the other taken by SCS in January 2022 for manufacturing and distribution use.
