Trebor Developments announce next Church Hill Phase
The flagship Church Hill Regeneration Project, Redditch, achieved a milestone this week with commencement of the final phase.
Working with partners, LSP Developments, Trebor Developments has successfully relocated 7 tenants into a state of the art new Neighbourhood Centre, comprising local retail and healthcare uses and new community car parking.
The new medical centre has achieved a Grade A Energy Performance Certificate rating and has proved a real hit with patients and staff.
The final phase now involves the demolition of the now vacant old Church Hill centre and the development of 51 residential units, which Trebor has set up with project partners, Bellway Homes and Accord Housing Association.
Mark Wright, Partner of Trebor Developments, commented “The Church Hill project is a great example of successful regeneration where the development industry, the Council and local community all come together and work in partnership to deliver a project which will really improve the amenity and convenience of local residents.
This is the first of the planned redevelopments of Redditch’s first generation Neighbourhood Centres and we would be delighted to repeat our success again. Church Hill is Trebor’s second project completed in 2 years in Redditch, with the Premier Inn and Beefeater Family Restaurant at Abbey Stadium, also proving a great success”.
