Trebor and Hillwood have completed the sale of their investment in a 55,000 sq ft logistics warehouse in Telford let to DHL on a 15 year lease term.

The sale to Soor Capital  was agreed in August and completed in just 5 weeks, being a prime development completed by Trebor and Hillwood in 2023 in the established Hortonwood area of Telford.
