Trebor has had 2 of its industrial developments shortlisted by the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) in the 2017 national awards.

The winners will be announced at the national awards luncheon in London, in September.  The shortlisted schemes are:

Deal of the Year – 75,000 to 250,000 sq ft.  Zenith, Popes Lane, Oldbury.  A bespoke major manufacturing facility on behalf of Steel and Alloy Processing Limited.

Deal of the Year – Under 75,000 sq ft.  Hollymoor Point, Rubery, Aquapak Polymers Limited manufacturing facility.

Trebor are delighted that the IAS Committee have recognised these schemes on merit from a national list of entrants and look forward to the September winners’ announcements.
