Trebor shortlisted at the national IAS 2023 Awards
We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the IAS National 2023 Awards in 4 categories for the following:
- Deal of the Year under 50,000 sq ft – J35 Pencoed, Bridgend
- Deal of the Year 50,000 to 100,000 sq ft – Pre-let to DHL Hortonwood, Telford
- Deal of the Year 100,000 to 250,000 sq ft – KLA, Imperial Park, Newport
- Developer of the Year – Multi-Let Developments
The winners are being announced at the IAS Awards Event on the 26th September 2023.
