We are delighted to have WON the category for commercial Property Deal of the Year WALES, at the Property Insider Awards.  This was for our three unit speculative industrial scheme developed at Boundary Park, Deeside, where we sold all units to Ifor Williams Trailers on the date of Practical Completion.
