Funding of land purchases and developments

Trebor work with a wide range of funds and institutions. We entered into an exclusive agreement in 2018 with Hillwood, to undertake industrial development across the UK outside the South East. Hillwood are one of the largest USA based developer/investors and their European operations covers Poland and Germany in addition to the UK. Hillwood is a private company with significant financial assets and investors to expand its substantial European investment and development programme.

The current UK pipeline extends to millions of square feet of speculative industrial developments.

Trebor, as Hillwood’s development partner, deals with all development aspects, from site acquisition to full development implementation.

Substantial funds are available for further UK investment and Trebor/Hillwood have an active acquisition/development programme.
